I have over 25 years experience in international management positions in Business Development, Strategy and Transformation management in multinational companies such as General electric and Britisch Telecom, where I led internationally dispersed teams and worked with multicultural organizations around the globe. I have a Masters in Computer Science and Economics.

I manage large transformation and change programmes in a variety of business from petrochemical to information technology and telecom, to transport, pharmaceutical, professional services and non-profit organisations, with an integrated approach to align business objectives with the human aspects of change.

Working in matrix-managed companies in a permanent state of change, I started to appreciate the importance of getting the right balance between business objectives and getting people on board – I am convinced that engaged and motivated people are the key to successful change and business results – along with a clear and purposeful strategy.

In the last decade I decided to explore new ventures and started to specialise in the area of business coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, the human aspects of change and team dynamics.

To combine my passion for business and my interest in human and organisational dynamics, I decided to get the best of both worlds, set up my own business to offer my experience as business transformation consultant. I am certified in ADKAR, NLP business, Insights and as business coach (ICF-certified Coaching Programme).

I am a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), Benelux Chapter.
