Full cycle transformation management takes your organisation through all phases: from articulating the ambition, scoping the change, designing and implementing it – to start capturing the benefits you were looking for at the start. The Strategic Readiness assessment can be a single step you wish to take before you decide to launch a transformation.
Enabling interventions will help you to better prepare for an anticipated business transformation – it can also support other transformation activities that are in progress. Whether you are an HR or a Business leader, a Change Agent or a Program Manager, these interventions will give you early insights before you get started, or a sanity check and useful guidelines if you are in middle of the change.
Full-cycle
- Setting and clarifying the strategy, the business ambition, and the direction your company wants to go – agree who needs to be involved from the start – initial mobilisation

- Capturing your current state and identifying the business, organisational and individual challenges you are facing

- Scoping, and designing the changes needed to achieve the business ambition, review interdependencies, co-creation of a full-cycle transformation plan (T-plan) and organisational architecture to bridge the gaps and deliver the ambition
- Full mobilisation across all layers, functions, divisions and regions, organising employee platforms for feedback, implementing the plan and ensuring agile delivery

Enabling interventions
Our Transformation Training covers themes such as
- From strategy to operations, what are my challenges as a business leader, how do I manage change in a complex organisation, what is my role as a sponsor, who are the key people I need in my change leadership team.
- From idea to roadmap to delivery: how do I set up and implement an actionable roadmap as a change manager or program manager.
- How to recognise and manage resistance, understand and leverage team dynamics and how do personal preferences impact the way change is received.
Our Business Coaching will stimulate your individual development and leadership capability – it will provide you with the insights you need, especially when you are personally being impacted during a business transformation. It helps senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their role of change sponsor, and supervisors to support their direct reports through transitions.
Business coaching can be complemented with an assessment of personal profiles & team dynamics using INSIGHTS® or MBTI®.
